Its spacious design comfortably seats up to 50 guests in dining layout, and 32 seated in lounge layout with standing and dancing room. Our neutral interiors effortlessly complement any décor, creating a fresh and inviting atmosphere.

Perfect for entertaining, our dry hire package includes:

  • Seating for your guests (including chairs or tables) for adults or children or curved tables and ghost chairs and sofas for dining.

  • Built-in neutral curved stage, PA system, ambient music ready for your playlist

  • Multiple lighting options for the perfect atmosphere

  • Access to digital welcome screen for videos and photos

  • Wide screen television

  • Built in digital Photo Booth with personalised screen for your guests to share 

  • A dedicated event manager to oversee your event and bar staff to serve a fully stocked bar of wine, beer, and spirits or tea, coffee and matcha depending on your event, and complimentary bar snacks.

Bookings & Payments

• All bookings are confirmed once a signed agreement and non-refundable deposit have been received.

• The remaining balance must be paid in full 14 days prior to the event.

• Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation.

Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period

Cancellations within 24 hours after booking confirmation will receive a full refund. This excludes events starting within 48 hours.

Cancellations 30 days in advance will receive a full refund.

Cancellations 30 days to 7 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations for events starting within 7 days are non-refundable.

Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 6 months from the original date, at no cost.

Cancellations & Changes

• Deposits are strictly non-refundable.

• Cancellations within 7 days of theevent will be charged at 100% of the booking value.

• Date changes are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.

Event Timings

• Venue access is limited to the agreed hire period.

• Overtime is subject to approval and additional charges.

• Events must conclude promptly to comply with licensing requirements.

Capacity & Guest Conduct

• Maximum capacity must not be exceeded.

• Guests are expected to behave respectfully at all times.

• Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests without refund if behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate.

Décor & Styling

• All décor, installations, and styling must be approved in advance.

• No damage to walls, floors, fixtures, or furnishings is permitted. No confetti, face paints, paints or affixing to the walls including sellotape or banners. 

• Candles, florals, petals, and bespoke installations are allowed only with prior approval.

• The Client is responsible for all hired items and any damage caused.

Luxury Bar & Nightlife Policy

• The venue operates as a premium bar and complies strictly with licensing laws.

• Alcohol service is at the sole discretion of venue management.

• External alcohol is not permitted without written approval.

• DJs, live entertainment, and music levels must be approved in advance.

• Intoxicated or disorderly guests may be refused service or removed in accordance with licensing regulations.

• The venue reserves the right to end an event early if licensing, safety, or brand standards are compromised.

Discretion & Confidentiality (NDA)

• Treasure Room London recognises the importance of privacy and discretion for high-profile and private events.

• All event details, client information, and on-site activity are treated as confidential.

• The venue will not disclose client identities, event details, or imagery without prior written consent.

• Clients may request enhanced discretion, private access, or a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) at the time of booking.

• Guests, suppliers, and third parties engaged by the Client are expected to respect the privacy of the venue and other patrons.

Damage & Liability

• The Client accepts full responsibility for any loss or damage caused during the event.

• Costs for damage or excessive cleaning will be charged following the event.

• The venue is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings.

Health & Safety

• All events must comply with health, safety, and fire regulations.

• Emergency exits must remain clear at all times.

• Management reserves the right to intervene or terminate an event if safety is compromised.

Photography & Privacy

• The venue may capture content for marketing purposes unless discretion is requested in writing prior to the event.

• Private or confidential bookings will be respected in line with the Discretion & Confidentiality clause.

Force Majeure

• The venue shall not be liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Governing Law

• All bookings are governed by the laws of England and Wales
